For paper or sheeted product stickers and labels we can have a die-form produced and custom shaped labels to you in under 2 business days* - or select from a variety of almost 200 pre-cut shapes (Circles, Ovals, Squares, Rectangles and even stars and hearts) options.

Vinyl Product Labels: 

Size & Shape: Vinyl stickers and labels are profile cut to shape, and as such can be sized from 5mm up to 1500x2500m in almost any shape of your choice.

Singles/Sheeted/Rolls: To meet your quick turnaround requirements, vinyl labels can be provided as singles where required, or in a more economical sheeted format. Roll labels are also available for some stocks and volumes.

Vinyl stocks: Gloss White Vinyl, Matt White Vinyl, Clear Vinyl, Hi-tac Vinyl, Blockout Vinyl, Bubble-free Vinyl, Static Cling

Printing: Full colour and/or  White

Turnaround: Turnaround on Vinyl labels is dependant on artwork, volume and stock requirements. Our standard premium service is Same Day, but if you have a more urgent requirement, let us know. We'll  help out where we can. If you have more time up your sleeve, select a longer turnaround and enjoy lower unit rates.

Paper Product Labels:

Size & Shape: Access a wide range of Same Day custom paper product labels with over 1000 shape and stock combinations, and the ability to die-cut to a new custom shape in just 48 hours.

Singles/Sheeted/Rolls: For square and rectangle labels over 35mm, they can be supplied singles. All pre-cut shapes come sheeted to A4. Made to order die-cut shapes can be singles or sheeted. 

Paper Stocks: Matt & Gloss, permanent and removable. Fluorescent options. 

Printing: Full colour

Turnaround: Many paper labels are available on a same day/next day service. Turnaround on paper stickers is dependant on stock levels for your chosen shape. If we need to order your preferred shape/size, turnaround is 1-3 days. 

Synthetic Labels:

Size & Shape: Over 50 shapes, or rectangles and the ability to die-cut to a new custom shape in just 48 hours.

Singles/Sheeted/Rolls: For square and rectangle labels over 35mm, they can be supplied singles. All shapes come sheeted to A4. Roll labels are also available for some stocks.

Synthetic Stocks: Wine stock, Freezer stock

Printing: Full colour

Turnaround: Turnaround on synthetic labels is dependant on stock levels for your chosen shape. If we need to order your preferred shape/size, turnaround is 1-3 days.

Testing is a crucial element of any new packaging exercise, so if you have not had labels before we strongly suggest testing before or as part of your initial order. 

There are millions of variables when it comes to label success on packaging, including but not limited to the type and cleanliness of the substrate they are stuck to, temperature at the time of application, storage, and transport, if they will be subject to abrasion or chemicals, and even oils and creams that your team may have on their hands when applying the labels.
